You will need a WiFi connection to use JuicePedestal’s smart charging features, such as power monitoring, scheduling, and reminders. A WiFi connection is also required to set the charging prices of your station. In areas without a reliable WiFi connection, you can use a JuicePedestal with mounted JuiceRouter to provide reliable LTE-to-WiFi connectivity for up to 14 additional JuiceBox stations or up to 7 additional JuicePedestals (without mounted JuiceRouter) within a 150’ radius. In the absence of Wi-Fi, your JuicePedestal will act as a standard charging unit, and any schedules or limits you set when connected to WiFi will remain, even if the JuicePedestal is no longer connected to WiFi. We highly recommend connecting your JuicePedestal to WiFi, but vehicles will be charged even if t it has been disconnected.

JuiceBox supports the J1772 connector standards used by all major EV manufacturers for Level 2 EV charging stations in North America and can therefore charge any EV on the market. Tesla drivers can charge with a JuiceBox via an adapter commonly owned and used by Tesla drivers.

We offer a 3-year limited warranty on the JuicePedestal unit. Please note that this warranty is only valid for use under normal commercial operating conditions. Using the JuicePedestal outside of normal commercial operating conditions voids the commercial warranty. Read more about our warranty.
